EP Oilfield        Services is a PMA company specializes in outsourcing services for Oil        and Gas sector are seeking for candidates to fill the vacancy in our        company for the following positions:        1. PROJECT        LEADER         Bachelor        Degree,  Have a good communication skill in English,  Familiar        with HR management and Industrial Relation,  Manage personnel contract        service/professional qualification in an appropriate discipline,  Day        to day operations of Jakarta office including staffing issue, contract        execution monitoring,  To Prepare weekly & monthly Cashflow        reports to Head Office & Management, Smooth running of all manpower        and profitability of the contracts,  Negotiate with Client for better        contract benefits and packages whenever possible in order to improve        profit margin of the contract,  Contract negotiation with Consultants        and draft a contract for Head Office approval,  Ensure all company        statutory payments and declarations are made in timely manner,         Recruit, manage and guide office supporting staff and to ensure that their        work and responsibilities are being executed at all times.        2. HSE        OFFICER         Bachelor        Degree,  Have a good communication skill in English,  Familiar        with HR management and Industrial Relation,  To implement HSE program,        in compliance with regulatory requirements, with a view to enhancing the        level of HSE awareness at all work locations,  To review and analyze        any non conformance of company existing HSE manual/system and subsequently        improvising and setting up the system/manual/program /implementation for        compliance with OSHE requirements,  To prepare all related HSE        documents, fillings etc for implementation,  To prepare all HSE        documents and attend to all associated questionnaires for project tender        from Clients,  To plan, conduct and ensuring HSE program at office and        other regional office are in place and order,  Provide advise to        Company s staff on HSE matters to ensure that the conduct of activities        are in full compliance to regulatory and Company requirements,  To        review and provide the guidance to all staffs in the development of the        Project HSE plan in line with the Company HSE plan objectives and        target,  Compile and update HSE weekly/monthly documentations, filings        and provide analysis and recommendation for continuous improvement and        report,  Provide HSE related training, coaching and mentoring at work        site to all staffs to enhance competency on HSE with a view to promoting        safe work practice,  Update changes and new development in regulations        requirements and industry best practices, evaluate and propose the        necessity to adopt the changes into Safety Procedures and        Guidelines.        3. HR        REPRESENTATIVE OFFICER         Bachelor        Degree,  Have a good communication skill in English,  Familiar        with HR management,  Experience in handling transition process,         Familiar with Expatriate Work Permit,  To liaise with both client and        consultant,  SO issuance and status monitoring,  Collect required        document from consultant to be sent to office on time for Payroll,        Insurance / Jamsostek and Invoicing process to sent to office,         Employment contract signing and monitoring,  Update Employee /        Consultant database,  Any other duties assigned as per company        direction.
