| Fircroft        An established        Construction/ Infrastructure company want to develop/expand the project in        to Indonesia is searching a qualified candidates for:        Marketing        Head Experience - 15 to 20 Years Qualification - Civil        Engineering background Profile: - Candidates having 15 to 20        years of experience in construction industry in Business Development /        Marketing & bidding for the new construction/Infrastructures        projects. - Preferably having engineering background & having good        contacts in local construction industry. - Should know        Pre-qualifications (PQ) procedures, tendering & bidding        process.        Tendering        & Estimation Manager / Engineers Experience - 10 to 15        Years Qualification - Civil Engineering / Civil        Diploma Profile: - Candidates with Civil Engineering        background having 10 to 15 years of experience in tendering &        estimation of construction/Infrastructures projects. - They should        understand the whole bidding process in construction industry. - They        will work on tendering & estimation for our Indonesia projects. -        Should have complete knowledge of tender preparation & contractual        conditions followed in Indonesia & FIDIC conditions. - Should have        good negotiation skills.         Quantity        Surveyors Engineers Experience - 7 to 10 Years Qualification        - Civil Engineering Degree Profile: - Will be involved in        Quantity Surveying activities like cost estimation, cost planning,        feasibility study, cost benefit analysis, Risk Analysis. - He / She        should have knowledge of Tender Evaluation process, preparing &        analyzing costing for the tenders.        Administration        Manager Experience - 6 to 10 Years Qualification -        Graduation / MBA (HR / Business Administration) Profile: -        Having knowledge of administrative procedures & Legal aspects to start        the operations in Indonesia. - He /She will coordinate with our        Lawyers, Accountants & Consultants for our Indonesia operations. -        Coordinate with Head Office in India regarding HR & Office        Administration aspects. - Will maintain the HR MIS for Indonesia Office        with other HR & Administration formalities.        Secretary /        Personal Assistant Experience - 3 to 6 Years Qualification -        Graduate Diploma / Degree Profile: - He / She will assist our        Managing Director & Marketing Head in Indonesia for official work /        Tendering work. - He / She should have good communication skills. -        Computer skills on MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.) - Verbal        & Written communication, correspondence & documentation in Both        English & Indonesian Language. - Able to go to meet clients with        senior management & make corporate presentations.
