We are PT. Atlas Resources, formerly known as PT.Energi Kaltim Persada, which have been operated at some the key commercial coal areas (East Kalimantan, South Sumatra and Papua). For new project at East Kalimantan & South Sumatra, we need highly qualified, dynamic, energetic, strong leadership and experienced professionals. Come and join our team for the following positions:

MINING OPERATION

Mine Superintendent
• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline,
• Min. 7 years working experience as mine engineer in coal mining industries,
• Preferably hold POP & POM Certification,
• Familiar with SURPAC and MINESCAPE Mining oftware,
• Be able to plan, control, manage, review short term for planning purposes and compare with production requirements.

Mine Engineer
• Male with maximum age of 30,
• Bachelor degree in Mine Engineering or related discipline,
• Having 3 years experiences in a coal mining, with a detail knowledge of mining,
• High level of computer literacy, including knowledge of mine planning software/systems (Minescape/MINCOM),
• Proven experience in mine planning or mine design would be desirable skill with the support of operational background,
• Honest, detail oriented, highly motivated, and able to work in a team,
• Willing to work together with major contractor in achieving an excellent result,
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

CPP Supervisor (CPPS)
• Bachelor degree in Mining, Geology or Chemical,
• Hold POP Certification,
• Have strong competency on stockpile & coal quality,
• Min. 3 years working experience in the same position (preferably in coal mining industries).

PROJECT CONSTRUCTION

Civil Supervisor
• Min. Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from reputable University,
• Familiar with civil design engineering & supervise,
• Expert in civil works of mechanical soil removal (earth works), roads, bridges and infrastructure,
• Min. 5 years work experience in Mining Construction Project.

Mechanical Supervisor
• Max age 32 years old,
• Min. Diploma of Mechanical Engineering,
• Min 6 years working experiences and 2 years in the same position,
• Preferable having experience in Mining Construction Project.

Electrical Supervisor
• Max 32 years old,
• D3 / S1, majoring Electrical Engineering,
• Min 6 years working experiences, and 2 years in the same position,
• Preferable having experience in Mining Construction Project.

GENERAL PROJECT

Sr. Resources Geologist Exploration (SRG)
• Bachelor degree in Geology Engineering,
• Mastering of SURPAC software is a must,
• Good skill in JORC reporting,
• Hold POP Certification,
• Min. 10 years working experience in exploration activities (preferably in coal mining industries).

Sr. Geotechnical Engineer (SGE)
• Bachelor degree in Geology / Geodesy Engineering or having deeply Geotechnical experiences,
• Mastering of geotechnical software is a must,
• Hold POP Certification,
• Min. 3 years working experience as Sr. Geotechnical in coal mining industries.

Geologist Exploration (GE)
• Bachelor degree in Geology Engineering,
• Experience in Surpac software tools,
• Familiar with all aspects relating to exploration process (tools, methods, log evaluation and basic modeling) is a must,
• Preferably understanding of geology/field development plans,
• Preferably hold POP Certification,
• Min. 3 years working experience in the same position (preferably in coal mining industries).

Cost Controller
• Bachelor degree in Accounting Min. GPA 3.0 or having technical experiences as Cost Controller,
• Experience in dealing with accounting, cost calculation, reporting for mining company,
• Good knowledge in Budget & Cost Control management skill,
• Understand contracts administration (Logistic would be an advantage),
• Willing to be located in site.

HSE Supervisor
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or having qualification in HSE,
• Min. 3 – 5 years experience in mining industry,
• Strong experience especially in coal mining project, which include safe working procedures, job safety analysis (JSA) and emergency response team,
• Having experience on inspection, procedures and prepare all documentations related to HSE,
• Having knowledge on HSE Management System,
• 2-full position available (Sumatera & Kalimantan projects).

Jr. Paramedic (JPrm)
• Min. Diploma degree from Nursing Academy,
• Having valid BTCLS & HIPERKES,
• Min. 2 years working experience at remote area (preferably in coal mining industries).
