We are a coal mining company operating throughout Kalimantan Timur;
whose projects are focused on exploration and exploitation. Having to

1. SECRETARY
(To based in Jakarta Office)
Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and secretarial support; key activities are:
correspondences by email sms mail phone, reviewing & proofread
documents, data filings, reconcile personal expenses, travel
arrangements, taking minutes of meeting.

Qualifications:


- Diploma in secretarial/administration school with excellent results.
- Female, age max. 27 years old.
- Adequate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in performing the aforementioned secretarial work.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.


2. ACCOUNTING OFFICER
(To based in Jakarta Office)

Responsibilities:
- To provide timely and accurate financial reports, financial analysis
as per corporate standard and complied with PSAK.
- Good understand in tax (PPn, PPh 21, PPh23).
- Liaise with external auditor, tax authority, and banks.

Qualifications :
- Male/female, age max 27 year old
- Min. diploma or degree in accounting.
- Min. experience in the same position 1 or 2 year.
- Able to speak in english both oral and written.
- Able to use accounting system (having experience in ERP is a plus).


3. HR OFFICER
(To based in Jakarta Office)
Responsibilities :
- To assist the manager for recruitment process and complied with
company's procedure.
- To conduct all HR administration duties, such as payroll, employee
database, contract agreement, etc.
- To assist the manager and being involved in HR development, most
likely benefit & compensation, performance monitoring, training, and
career development.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in Phsycology/Human Resources/Management.
- Male/female, age max. 27 year old.
- Min. experience of 2 years as HR recruitment staff.
- All the candidate should have sufficient knowledge in HR duties.
