    - 40 tahun max
    - 5 tahun pengalaman Site manager di Pipe Line Oil and gas Services
    - Mengerti tentang safety management system dan implementasinya
    - good Communication skill
    - Pengalaman untuk pekerjaan pipeline, joint coating, civil works

2. Construction Supervisor
    - 40 tahun max
    - 5 tahun pengalaman sebagai construction supervisor, terutama untuk pipeline
    - Bisa mengatur Manpower, kendaraan dan peralatan construction
    - Good Communication skill, reporting

3. Welder
    - 40 tahun max
    - Pengalaman 10 tahun sebagai welder pipeline dan construction oil and gas
    - Certified Welder Migas

4. Fitter
   - 40 tahun max
    - Pengalaman 10 tahun sebagai fitter pipeline dan construction oil and gas
