FIN0186 - INTERNAL AUDIT MANAGER

Responsibility:
Responsible for the development and execution of the site specific audit plan. Plans and conducts audits of various Newmont Mining Corporation departments to determine adherence to established plans, policies, procedures and good business practices with no limitations on scope. Develops, trains and supervises the activities of assigned auditors. Performs audits without direct supervision.

Qualification:
• B.S. degree in Accounting, Finance ad Administration and at least 6 years of public accounting or auditing experience, CPA or equivalent designation Manager level experience at Big 4 accounting preferred Knowledge of the mining Industry is highly desirable.
• Requires the fundamental knowledge and ability to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of financial and operating internal controls.
• Ability to identify and analyse issues across various business processes and projects, to formulate appropriate conclusions and recommendations
• Requires a high level of technical skills in internal control and auditing techniques and a general understanding of many different functions
• Managerial and people skills are required for the unique personal and organizational interaction with the audit process arid role.

FINANCE MANAGER (Code FM)
University Degree (S-1) in Accounting/Business Administration with >10 years experience in PSC Accounting. The successful candidate will oversee the finance and accounting functions, and be responsible for preparing the monthly and annual financial statements, developing financial budgets and forecasts, performing financial analysis, preparing and implementing accounting practices and systems, and ensuring cost control. SENIOR GEOSCIENTIST/EXPLORATION MANAGER (2 Positions – Code SG and EM)
University Degree (S-1) in Geology or Geophysics with >15 years experience in exploration, development and operations. Masters Degree preferred and overseas experience a plus. Requires knowledge and skills in play analysis, sedimentology, sequence stratigraphy and petroleum system analysis. Must have proven success of generating prospects. Proficient in the use of interpretation software such as SMT, Landmark or other similar systems. Experience with ArcGIS a plus. Operations experience in seismic acquisition is desirable. The successful candidate will be independent, self-motivated, creative, results oriented, and possess strong organizational and administrative skills, including budget preparation and implementation. University Degree (S-1) in Engineering with >10 years experience in PSC Procurement. The successful candidate must have a good knowledge of the current procurement regulations, contract administration, offer/tender preparation, customer follow up, order negotiation, pre-bid offer taking from supplier, negotiation with supplier, post bid supplier’s order placement, material follow up, engineering & inspection coordination, dispatch and material movement coordination. PT Kasongan Bumi Kencana; 5 positions

A gold mining company with resources located in Central and South Kalimantan is looking for individuals who are qualified, dynamic and willing to take on progressively more responsibilities as they grow and develop with the Company; to fill the following positions:

SENIOR SURVEYOR

The selected candidate will be responsible for directing and leading the survey team. Conducts topographic survey targets set by the exploration team, complete detailed survey as required, data processing and ensure the correct processing, recording and reporting of results obtained. Update daily survey readings and mappings. Working in accordance with the schedule and maintaining site safety standards throughout project.

The ideal candidate shall have completed tertiary qualifications in Surveying, as well as a minimum of 5 years experiences as a surveyor, preferably in open cut gold mining project; proficient in survey instruments and survey software; able to work independently in uncomfortable environments. Good written and spoken English will be highly regarded.

RESOURCE MODELING GEOLOGIST

The successful candidate is required for ongoing geological and resource modeling activities of existing gold resources to JORC reporting standards and requirements. The responsibilities include data validation, interpretation, geological and resource modeling of the data to produce resource models and reports.

The ideal candidate shall have Bachelor of Science in geology with at least 5 years experience in epithermal gold style, proficient at using Micromine or equivalent software, with an eye for detail. Full understanding of the resource development and modeling process is required, with a confident personality and be a self-reliant, independent self starter.

DRAFTER

This position will be required to support the project team by deliver drafting various drawings, concepts and modifications to all areas of mining operations as required. You should have the ability to take ideas and put them into a drawing.

You shall be experienced in the use of AutoCAD, prior significant experience in mechanical design and process plant layout with mining project. Strong technical knowledge and conceptual design; willing to travel to project site when required.

SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing all spectrum of HR function including Recruitment, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Policies & Procedures, Personnel Administration and Industrial Relations.

The successful candidate will have an extensive human resource management experience gained within the resource industry; experience in gold mining project will be highly regarded. Demonstrated knowledge of legislation and best practices of human resource, excellent organizational, negotiating and communications skills and experience with cultural diversity.

RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

This position will be responsible for the delivery of recruitment services across the Company; you will be working closely with the hiring managers to fulfill the hiring requests, take the lead of all selection and hiring process. Duties will include design and place job advertisement, managing and maintain candidates database, conducting interviews, pre-employment testing, extending offers, on boarding process as well as promoting company at various career fairs and student hiring.
