PT. GH EMM INDONESIA is an Independent Power Produce (IPP) project, consist of Coal-Fired power plan and Coal Mine. The project located in Simpang Belimbing, Muara Enim-South Sumatera. Power Plant capacity is 2 x 150 MW, this project is the Indonesia Government and China Government Corporate.
1. Operation Manager (OM) , which is in charge of the management for operation department in the power plant.
2. Unit Operator (UO) , which is in charge of operating the boiler, turbine and generator in the central control room.
3. Chief Chemist (CC) , which is in charge of testing steam, water, coal and all kinds of oil in the power plant, and supervising the work in chemical laboratory.
4. I&C maintenance engineer (IC) , which is in charge of maintenance of I&C equipment and system, especially DCS system.
5. Electrical secondary equipment maintenance engineer (ES) , which is in charge of electrical secondary equipment and system maintenance work.
6. Accounting Officer (AO) , which has knowledge of Indonesia accounting, tax laws and regulations, certified Brevet A& B will be an advantage.
7. HRD Manager (HRD) , which has knowledge about Indonesia labor & law, JAMSOSTEK, Labor Union, Recruitment and Training, easy to get good relation with local government and employee.
8. Coal Mine Measuring Engineer (CMME) , which is proficient in Measuring equipment of TOTAL STATION and WATER LEVEL, can collect data and vice versa, use computer to do data processing and drawing, and master relative theory as well.
9. Administration Staff (AS) , which has knowledge in Administration/HR/General Affair (Documentation, Security, Maintenance, Transportation Arrangement).
10. Translator (T) , can speak Mandarin is a MUST, can be read and write is an advantage.

2. Education level minimum Bachelor or D3 degree with related background from reputable local or overseas university,

Reporting to Site Manager, You will providing safety leadership to the Engineering & Maintenance team; Ensuring the Production plant and power plant maintenance activities both in the field workshop are completed safety, according to the agreed maintenance procedures and with minimal impact on plant availability; Implementation and management of preventative maintenance schedules; Implementing and managing of off-site maintenance programs; ensuring risk assessments and safe work procedures are carried out for maintenance activities; Planning and executing plant shutdowns in co-operation with the Operations Superintendent; Liaising and obtaining approval from the client engineering manager for any proposed changes to the plant or process design; Ensure all budgets, schedules, manpower schedules, spares inventory are reported to the Site Manager on a monthly basic including any proposed capital expenditure budgets.
