Requirements:
• Male, Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer/Geodetic Engineer.
• Min. 5 years previous experiences in Engineering with 2 yrs as a Superintendent
• Preferably hold a “POM” Mining Indonesia competency certificate
• Experience in mine design concepts and operations in mining, scheduling and planning
• Must have good leadership and demonstrated effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Mining Superintendent

Monitor and control mining operation in term of support mining project manager to ensure production is achieved in accordance with project parameters, project schedule, budget, in compliance with company, project safety and environmental policy.

Responsibilities:
• Review daily production and ensure compliance with mine planning
• Lead and monitor mining operations staff on their day to day mining operation, monitor and control mining equipment usage to ensure the safest and efficient mining operations in order to achieve production targets and schedule in line with the mine plan.
• Prepare timely and accurate information on project progress for inclusion in progress claims and reports prepared by the Senior Mining Engineer.
• Maintain communication and coordination between Mining operations and Maintenance in order to maximize availability and utilization of all mining equipment.
• Lead, coach and manage subordinate including recruitment and provide a proper development and succession plan for them, Promote and develop an open ethical work environment in order to maintain subordinate in attract, motive and retain.
• Maintain and implementing HSE programs by minimise exposure to personnel and the environment by identifying hazards and risks from the planning phase of the work packages and during daily operational to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.

Requirements :
• Male, Min. Bachelor degree in mining Minimum 8 years experience in large open cut mining and or similar role
• Preferably held a “POM” Mining Indonesia competency certificate
• A working knowledge of surface and minescape mine planning software will be advantage
• Proven experience up to supervisory/superintendent level with mining contractors
• Experienced in subcontractor management, cost and staff management
• Be efficient, honest, team player, with analytical skills, attention to detail and quality and be persistent and system oriented

Job requirements:

- Degree Qualified in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or a other relevant disciplines

- A minimum of 7 years’ experience of project management and construction encompassing the Appraisal, in practical LNG Plant Facilities.

- Familiar with flow assurance modelling packages including PipeSim, OLGA, Maximus etc.

- English language proficiency sufficient to support reporting requirements.
