         Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Having minimum 8 years experience in the same position in oil & gas industry.
  • Having Construction experience (large scale tank construction, large bore valves and piping, pumps, and other equipments).
  • Having experience in welding and coating technology.
  • Having experience in rotating engineering.

- Mengkordinasi dan Memonitor pemakaian peralatan berat yang digunakan oleh kontraktor untuk memastikan kesesuaian dengan rencana kerja yang telah disepakati
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang pertambangan
- Lebih diutamakan yang pernah mengoperasikan software perencanaan tambang
- Umur maksimal 35 tahun

3. Geologist
- Umur maksimal 40 tahun

4. HR & GA Superintendent
- Lulusan Psikologi atau Manajemen
- Usia maksimal 45 tahun
- Berpengalaman sebagai HR&GA lebih dari 5 tahun
- Menguasai system dan mampu developt system HRGA
- Menguasai seluruh proses flow organisasi HR&GA berikut man power planning, development, kepersonaliaan,training, pembuatan jobdest berikut kaitannya dengan proses flow ke departemen yang lain
- Mampu mengatasi demo karyawan, PHK, dan permasalahan dari HRGA
- Berpengalaman dalam melakukan pembenahan perusahaan dalam bidang HRGA dalam rangka perkembangan pesat perusahaan

5. HR & GA Staff
- Lulusan Psikologi atau Manajemen
- Usia maksimal 35
- Berpengalaman sebagai HR&GA minimal 2 tahun

- Pengalaman berhubungan dengan vendor
