DRAFTER

2. PERSYARATAN UMUM :
1. Warga Negara Indonesia, sehat jasmani dan rohani.
2. Berkelakuan baik dan tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang memiliki kekuatan hukum tetap.
3. Tidak sedang terikat perjanjian / kontrak kerja dengan instansi pemerintah / swasta lain.
4. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai CPNS / PNS / Anggota TNI / Polri, atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai pegawai swasta.
5. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai CPNS / PNS / Calon Anggota TNI / Polri serta Anggota TNI / Polri.
6. Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Republik Indonesia.
7. Minimal mengerti / mengetahui penggunaan dasar komputer (microsoft office) dan internet (browsing & surat elektronik)
3. PERSYARATAN KHUSUS BAGI PELAMAR UMUM :
1. Berijazah Pasca Sarjana (S2) dan atau Sarjana (S1) dari Perguruan Tinggi Negeri / Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang telah mendapat akreditasi (minimal B) atau dari Perguruan Tinggi Luar Negeri yang telah mendapat pengesahan dari Departemen Pendidikan Nasional, dengan persyaratan Indek Prestasi Komulatif (IPK): untuk S1 minimal 2,75 (dua koma tujuh lima), dan S2 minimal 3,25 (tiga koma dua lima). Bagi pelamar berpendidikan S.2 wajib melampirkan ijazah dan transkrip nilai jenjang S.1.
2. Kualifikasi pendidikan sesuai dengan formasi yang tersedia yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri Negara Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara.
3. Menguasai bahasa Inggris dengan baik (lisan dan tulisan) yang dibuktikan dengan hasil test kemampuan bahasa inggris yang masih berlaku yang diterbitkan pada tanggal 1 Oktober 2008 atau sesudahnya. Hasil Test yang diperbolehkan untuk dilampirkan adalah sebagai berikut :
* EPT yang diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Bahasa dan Pendidikan Profesional (LBPP) LIA dengan nilai minimal : 450 untuk S.1 dan 475 untuk S.2.
* TOEFL IBT (Internet Base TOEFL) yang diterbitkan oleh The Indonesian International Education Foundation (IIEF) dengan nilai minimal 53 untuk S.1 dan 64 untuk S.2.
* IELTS yang diterbitkan oleh Yayasan Pendidikan Australia (IDP) 4.5 untuk S.1, dan 5.5 untuk S.2.
4. U s i a :
* Tidak lebih dari 28 tahun pada tanggal 1 Desember 2009 (lahir pada 1 Desember 1981 atau sesudahnya) untuk tingkat Sarjana (S1).
* Tidak lebih dari 30 tahun pada tanggal 1 Desember 2009 (lahir pada 1 Desember 1979 atau sesudahnya) untuk tingkat Pasca Sarjana (S2).
4. PERSYARATAN KHUSUS BAGI PEGAWAI TIDAK TETAP (PTT) DI LINGKUNGAN DEPARTEMEN PEKERJAAN UMUM :
1. Merupakan pegawai yang tercatat dalam Database Pegawai Tidak Tetap (PTT) di lingkungan Departemen Pekerjaan Umum. Bagi pegawai yang tidak tercatat, maka secara otomatis diperhitungkan sebagai pelamar umum.
2. Berijazah Pasca Sarjana (S.2) dan atau Sarjana (S.1) dari Perguruan Tinggi Negeri / Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang telah mendapat terakreditasi atau dari Perguruan Tinggi Luar Negeri yang telah mendapat pengesahan dari Departemen Pendidikan Nasional.. Bagi pelamar berpendidikan S.2 wajib melampirkan ijazah dan transkrip nilai jenjang S.1.

6. Telah bekerja sebagai pegawai tidak tetap sebelum 1 April 2007 yang dinyatakan dengan Surat Keterangan dari Sekretaris Satminkal / Direktur / Kepala Biro / Kepala Pusat di lingkungan Departemen Pekerjaan Umum.
5. PENDAFTARAN :
1. Proses pendaftaran Pelamar dapat dilihat melalui Website Departemen Pekerjaan Umum di http://www.pu.go.id..
2. Bagi Pelamar yang telah melakukan pendaftaran dan secara system dinyatakan memenuhi syarat maka akan diberikan nomor berkas yang harus dicetak. Berkas tersebut untuk selanjutnya dikirimkan bersama persyaratan lain yang ditentukan.
3. Periode Pendaftaran online dibuka mulai tanggal 3 s.d. 30 September 2009.
4. Kelengkapan Berkas dapat dikirimkan setelah mendaftar secara online dan mendapatkan No. Berkas dan telah diterima panitia paling lambat tanggal 5 Oktober 2009 jam 15.00
5. Pengiriman Berkas hanya melalui Kotak Pos 541 JKTM 12700 dan ditujukan kepada :

6. Kelengkapan lamaran bagi Pelamar Umum
1. Hasil cetak Nomor Berkas sesuai yang diperoleh pada saat pendaftaran secara online, dibubuhi meterai dan ditandatangani.
2. Dilengkapi dengan dokumen pendukung berupa :
1. Fotocopy ijazah S.2 atau S.1 berikut transkrip dari Perguruan Tinggi Negeri / Swasta yang sudah dilegalisir sesuai persyaratan :
* Universitas / Institut, oleh Rektor / Dekan / Pembantu Dekan Bidang Akademik.
* Sekolah Tinggi, oleh Ketua / Pembantu / Ketua Bidang Akademik.
* Ijazah yang diterbitkan oleh Perguruan Tinggi Luar Negeri oleh Pejabat yang berwenang di Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi Departemen Pendidikan Nasional.
2. 1 (satu) Duplikat / fotocopy legalisir Sertifikat Tes Kemampuan Bahasa Inggris sesuai persyaratan.
3. 3 (tiga) lembar pas photo ukuran 3 x 4 cm (berwarna) dan nama pelamar dituliskan di bagian belakang.
4. Fotocopy KTP yang masih berlaku.
5. Fotocopy Akte Kelahiran.
6. Surat Pernyataan yang bersangkutan bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh daerah di Indonesia.
7. Surat Pernyataan bersedia membayar ganti rugi pengunduran diri (bagi yang diterima dan mengundurkan diri) sebesar Rp. 10.000.000,- (sepuluh juta rupiah) bermeterai Rp. 6.000,- sesuai dengan contoh dalam website.
8. Khusus PTT dilengkapi dengan Surat Pernyataan dari Sekretaris Satminkal / Direktur / Kepala Biro / Kepala Pusat terkait dan Surat Pernyataan Melaksanakan Tugas..
3. Berkas lamaran disusun rapi dalam map snelhecter dan dimasukkan dalam amplop berwarna coklat. Warna Map untuk pelamar umum : S.1 (kuning), S.2 (biru). Untuk Pegawai Tidak Tetap : S.1 (merah), S.2 (coklat).
4. Cantumkan informasi pelamar pada amplop (disediakan oleh sistem pada saat selesai pendaftaran online).
5. Berkas lamaran yang tidak lengkap atau terdapat perbedaan data antara database pelamar dengan berkas yang disampaikan akan dinyatakan tidak memenuhi syarat

Seleksi dilakukan dengan tahapan (sistem gugur) sebagai berikut :
1. Seleksi Administratif dengan melihat pemenuhan persyaratan di atas, dan yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan akan gugur. Hanya mereka yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi administratif yang akan dipanggil untuk mengikuti ujian tulis melalui pengumuman di website Departemen Pekerjaan Umum dan papan pengumuman Departemen Pekerjaan Umum.
2. Bagi pelamar yang lulus Seleksi Administratif diharuskan untuk mengambil Tanda Peserta Ujian, waktu dan lokasi pengambilan Tanda Peserta Ujian akan ditentukan kemudian.
3. Tanda Peserta Seleksi Ujian Tertulis diambil sendiri oleh calon peserta (tidak dapat diwakilkan) dengan membawa dokumen asli berupa: ijazah, Sertifikat Kemampuan Berbahasa Inggris, transkrip nilai dan akte kelahiran untuk diperlihatkan kepada panitia.
4. Ujian tertulis meliputi Test Pengetahuan Umum (TPU) yang terdiri dari : Pengetahuan Ke-PU-an, Bahasa Indonesia, Pancasila, Tata Negara, Sejarah dan Kebijakan Pemerintah. Test Bakat Skolastik (TBS), Pengetahuan Khusus/Substansi, Test Skala Kematangan (TSK). Waktu dan lokasi Ujian Tertulis akan ditentukan kemudian.
5. Hasil Ujian tulis akan diumumkan melalui website Departemen Pekerjaan Umum dan papan pengumuman Departemen Pekerjaan Umum.
7.LAIN-LAIN :
1. Seleksi masuk Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Departemen Pekerjaan Umum tidak dipungut biaya.
2. Departemen PU tidak bertanggungjawab atas pungutan atau tawaran berupa apapun oleh oknum – oknum yang mengatasnamakan Departemen Pekerjaan Umum atau Panitia sehingga peserta diharapkan tidak melayani tawaran – tawaran untuk mempermudah penerimaan sebagai Calon PNS.
3. Panitia membuka jalur pelayanan telephone (hotline) bagi para pelamar pada hari dan jam kerja (3 s.d. 30 September 2009, Senin – Jumat, 09:00 – 15:00 WIB) :

4. Lamaran tanpa nomor berkas lamaran dianggap tidak berlaku dan tidak akan diperiksa oleh panitia. Panitia hanya memeriksa 1 (satu) berkas lamaran untuk 1 (satu) Nomor Berkas.
5. Surat Keterangan Kelulusan / Ijazah sementara dapat diterima, dengan syarat Pelamar dapat menyertakan Surat Pernyataan yang ditandatangani oleh Pimpinan Universitas yang menyatakan bahwa pihak Universitas sudah dapat mengeluarkan ijazah asli yang bersangkutan pada saat yang bersangkutan mengambil Nomor Peserta Ujian. Bagi Pelamar yang tidak dapat menunjukkan Ijazah asli, maka yang bersangkutan tidak dapat mengambil Nomor Peserta Ujian.
6. Bagi Pelamar lulusan luar negeri harap melampirkan konversi transkrip nilai yang disahkan oleh Ditjen Dikti Depdiknas.
7. Berkas lamaran yang dikirimkan kepada Departemen Pekerjaan Umum sebelum pengumuman Pengadaan PNS Tahun 2009 dianggap tidak berlaku.
8. Berkas lamaran yang diterima panitia menjadi milik panitia dan tidak dapat diminta kembali oleh pelamar.
9. Hal – hal lain yang berkaitan dengan pengadaan dan seleksi PNS Departemen Pekerjaan Umum Tahun 2009 dapat dilihat pada website Departemen PU (http://www.pu.go.id) dan para pelamar disarankan untuk terus memonitor perkembangannya.

4. PERSYARATAN KHUSUS BAGI PEGAWAI TIDAK TETAP (PTT) DI LINGKUNGAN DEPARTEMEN PEKERJAAN UMUM :
1. Merupakan pegawai yang tercatat dalam Database Pegawai Tidak Tetap (PTT) di lingkungan Departemen Pekerjaan Umum. Bagi pegawai yang tidak tercatat, maka secara otomatis diperhitungkan sebagai pelamar umum.
2. Berijazah Pasca Sarjana (S.2) dan atau Sarjana (S.1) dari Perguruan Tinggi Negeri / Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang telah mendapat terakreditasi atau dari Perguruan Tinggi Luar Negeri yang telah mendapat pengesahan dari Departemen Pendidikan Nasional.. Bagi pelamar berpendidikan S.2 wajib melampirkan ijazah dan transkrip nilai jenjang S.1.
3. Kualifikasi pendidikan sesuai dengan formasi yang tersedia yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri Negara Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara.
4. Menguasai bahasa Inggris dengan baik (lisan dan tulisan) yang dibuktikan dengan hasil test kemampuan bahasa inggris yang masih berlaku yang diterbitkan pada tanggal 1 Oktober 2008 atau sesudahnya. Hasil Test yang diperbolehkan untuk dilampirkan adalah sebagai beriku :
* EPT yang diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Bahasa dan Pendidikan Profesional (LBPP) LIA dengan nilai minimal : 450 untuk S.1 dan 475 untuk S.2.
* TOEFL Ò IBT (Internet Base TOEFL) yang diterbitkan oleh The Indonesian International Education Foundation (IIEF) dengan nilai minimal 53 untuk S.1 dan 64 untuk S.2.
* IELTS yang diterbitkan oleh Yayasan Pendidikan Australia (IDP) 4.5 untuk S.1, dan 5.5 untuk S.2.
* TOEFL Prediction dari Perguruan Tinggi Negeri dengan nilai : 450 untuk S.1 dan 475 untuk S.2.
5. Berusia tidak lebih dari 35 tahun pada tanggal 1 Desember 2009 (lahir pada 1 Desember 1974 atau sesudahnya) untuk tingkat Sarjana (S1) dan Pasca Sarjana (S.2).
6. Telah bekerja sebagai pegawai tidak tetap sebelum 1 April 2007 yang dinyatakan dengan Surat Keterangan dari Sekretaris Satminkal / Direktur / Kepala Biro / Kepala Pusat di lingkungan Departemen Pekerjaan Umum.
5. PENDAFTARAN :
1. Proses pendaftaran Pelamar dapat dilihat melalui Website Departemen Pekerjaan Umum di http://www.pu.go.id..
2. Bagi Pelamar yang telah melakukan pendaftaran dan secara system dinyatakan memenuhi syarat maka akan diberikan nomor berkas yang harus dicetak. Berkas tersebut untuk selanjutnya dikirimkan bersama persyaratan lain yang ditentukan.
3. Periode Pendaftaran online dibuka mulai tanggal 3 s.d. 30 September 2009.

4. Fotocopy KTP yang masih berlaku.

Seleksi dilakukan dengan tahapan (sistem gugur) sebagai berikut :
1. Seleksi Administratif dengan melihat pemenuhan persyaratan di atas, dan yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan akan gugur. Hanya mereka yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi administratif yang akan dipanggil untuk mengikuti ujian tulis melalui pengumuman di website Departemen Pekerjaan Umum dan papan pengumuman Departemen Pekerjaan Umum.
2. Bagi pelamar yang lulus Seleksi Administratif diharuskan untuk mengambil Tanda Peserta Ujian, waktu dan lokasi pengambilan Tanda Peserta Ujian akan ditentukan kemudian.
3. Tanda Peserta Seleksi Ujian Tertulis diambil sendiri oleh calon peserta (tidak dapat diwakilkan) dengan membawa dokumen asli berupa: ijazah, Sertifikat Kemampuan Berbahasa Inggris, transkrip nilai dan akte kelahiran untuk diperlihatkan kepada panitia.
4. Ujian tertulis meliputi Test Pengetahuan Umum (TPU) yang terdiri dari : Pengetahuan Ke-PU-an, Bahasa Indonesia, Pancasila, Tata Negara, Sejarah dan Kebijakan Pemerintah. Test Bakat Skolastik (TBS), Pengetahuan Khusus/Substansi, Test Skala Kematangan (TSK). Waktu dan lokasi Ujian Tertulis akan ditentukan kemudian.
5. Hasil Ujian tulis akan diumumkan melalui website Departemen Pekerjaan Umum dan papan pengumuman Departemen Pekerjaan Umum.
7.LAIN-LAIN :
1. Seleksi masuk Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Departemen Pekerjaan Umum tidak dipungut biaya.
2. Departemen PU tidak bertanggungjawab atas pungutan atau tawaran berupa apapun oleh oknum – oknum yang mengatasnamakan Departemen Pekerjaan Umum atau Panitia sehingga peserta diharapkan tidak melayani tawaran – tawaran untuk mempermudah penerimaan sebagai Calon PNS.

Requirement:
a. Male, age min 35 – 40 years,
b. University Graduate, majoring Mechanical Engineer,
c. Min 8 years experiences, preferably working in mining industry,
d. Strong knowledge & experience with: mechanical, civil, and electric,
e. Strong leadership and hard working,
f. Good communication in English (both written & spoken),
g. Expert in using computer engineering software,
h. Based on Jakarta Office, but flexible to go on site or any place needed to survey.
9. HSE Supervisor
Requirement:
a. Graduate in Engineering or having qualification in HSE,
b. Max age 38 years old,
c. At least 5 years working experience and 2 years in the same position from mining industry,
d. Strong experience especially in coal mining project, which include safe working procedures, job safety analysis (JSA) and emergency response team,
e. Having experience on inspection, procedures and prepare all documentations related to HSE,
f. Having knowledge on HSE Management System,
g. Good communication and fluent in English (both written and spoken),
h. Strong leadership,
i. Ready to work any area in Indonesia.
10. Administration Supervisor
Requirement:
a. Male, max 36 years old,
b. Min Bachelor Degree (S1) in Administration or Management,
c. Having minimum at least 5 years experiences, and 2 years in the same position,
d. Understand of Personnel System and Legal,
e. Familiar with Mining & PEB Document Permit,
f. Discipline and hard working,
g. Strong Leadership,
h. Ready to work any area in Indonesia.
